Typical teens wake up each morning wondering if their favorite cereal has been restocked in the kitchen cupboard. However, many young people, who age-out of foster care, wake up worrying about how to get to work that day or where to sleep that night.

Nearly 42% of Nebraska’s foster youth live in the Omaha area. More than 300 will age-out this year.
